Refund policy

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to tell us you wish to cancel your purchase, without having to give a reason.

To request a return, email info@lomirastudio.com with your order number. We will send you the instructions before you send the item back.

Items must be returned unused beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and fit, with their tags and accessories. Returns must be sent to the address indicated in the return authorization, in Casariche, Seville 41580 (Spain).

If you return an item because you changed your mind, you cover the direct cost of the return shipment. If the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, Lomira Studio covers the cost of the return.

We will refund the applicable amounts, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of you notifying us of your cancellation. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or proof that it has been shipped. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We do not refund additional costs arising from a delivery method more expensive than the standard one offered.

This policy does not limit your statutory rights regarding non-conforming products.
