Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order at Lomira Studio, to every destination available in our store. The price you see at checkout is the final product price (in the United States, sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable).

Processing and delivery time

We prepare your order within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is 1 to 10 business days from order confirmation, including processing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times may vary during peak periods, holidays or carrier incidents. In any case, your order will be delivered within the legal maximum of 30 calendar days unless otherwise agreed with you.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it at any time. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to fix it before shipping. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping details.
